Reiki is an energy healing technique that is gentle, yet powerful. It works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Fear, stress, and anxiety are the primary causes of most imbalances in this modern age. Reiki helps remove negative energies or influences, elevates the soul, and brings comfort to the body and mind.

During a Reiki session, the practitioner acts as a conduit for life force (Chi, or Prana), and guides it to the recipient. This energy helps promote deep relaxation, remove blockages, nourish various parts of the body, and activate the recipient’s self-healing abilities. Reiki is popular all over the world. People use this holistic healing technique for many reasons, such as deep relaxation, stress or pain relief, promoting wellness in the body and mind, heightened intuition, or creativity.
